Our carefully designed “Feasting BBQ Menu” of dry aged meats and marinaded chicken is sure to be a big hit with your guests on your special day combined with our homemade Canapés on arrival made by our team of talented chefs along with homemade desserts.
The Late Night Treat: Trays of freshly made sandwiches for your evening buffet is the perfect late night option to keep your guests happy and satisfied. Once you have taken your pictures with your wedding cake we will then cut and prepare your cake into serving trays to accompany your tea and coffee station for your guests to enjoy as part of the evening buffet.
Professional Service: Our team for the day consists of two chefs cooking on the BBQ along with three front of house staff looking after and serving your guests.
We provide rubbish bins on arrival and all rubbish is taken away after service.
Dietary Care: We can accommodate for any dietary requirement needed once previously notified before your big day.

On the day of your wedding, our professional chefs and staff arrive and take care of everything.
We provide an excellent outside bbq experience cooked and served by our friendly staff who will interact with your guests at all times to ensure they have a day to remember.

Kathleen’s Homemade Brown Soda Bread with butter squares, ideal side option with homemade salad and tender meats off the charcoal grill.
BBQ Jacket Potatoes are a classic & delicious side dish, yielding a smoky, tender and fluffy potato option. The foil protects the potato from burning and allows it to steam, resulting in a slightly crisp exterior. Grated cheese and butter for toppings.
Grilled Corn on the Cob are both sweet and crunchy with a smoky char, this is the best way to grill corn which adds to any menu.
Homemade Salads are made in house fresh daily. Our most popular choices are home-made coleslaw, home-made potato salad, mixed leaf tossed salad with dressing and tomato pasta salad just to mention a few.
